On the other hand, it is easy to consume dark purple strawberries if you know they are low in oxalate. Knowing this information will help you avoid foods that are high in oxalate and enjoy the benefits of eating them in moderation.

Light

Second, the level of lightness of the color is just as important. Too much yellow is not good for you, but too much orange is unhealthy. Red food will have a different effect than a green one because of the presence of phytochemicals. Phytochemicals are antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables. Antioxidants are considered to be good for you, and the number of antioxidants per serving should be listed on the label.

The absence of yellow/orange will have a different effect than the presence of them. If you add orange to the diet you can expect some side effects, but if you do not you may suffer even more.

Sugary- Food Colors

Third, the level of sugar and other chemical compounds in the color is an important factor. If you are on a diet for health reasons, this is an important consideration.

You might not think of green tea as a health food, but it is actually a very good antioxidant. Although green tea is sold in juices, the concentration of antioxidants is much higher in the black variety. With the high levels of antioxidants, the results of consuming the tea are beneficial.
