Some of the best snacks we have at home include peas, beans, carrots, and celery. There is a little trick that you have to make sure of before you offer them. They have to be fresh and crispy. Otherwise, they would have a bitter taste. So, no one would accept them as snacks. These vegetable make a great snack, with a crunch when we bite into them. Our kids love it, and they always have fun because we always present it to them in a fun and loving manner. You need to chop it up well, keep the vegetables young and fresh. When you present it to the children, sometimes as a little game, they eat it up without any problems at all. The kids really enjoy them. Besides that, these snacks are also easier to place on the fridge or on their lunchboxes when they go to school.

Especially if it is fresh and young, it’s really sweet in taste. If you chop the raw foods really small, you have to keep them away from open-air so they don’t go all brown-looking and horrible. They are low GI foods as well which are really good for power-packed energy. They will fill you up. Besides that, they will last for quite a while as well. We would recommend you to consume raw broccoli as well as it can be crispy in taste.
