After a meal, having a cup of this dessert will surely complete your meal and quench your cravings for dessert. You can prepare this creamy dessert easily without using refined sugar and ice cream. Take whipped hung yogurt, add vanilla extract, and your favorite fruit syrups. Take a glass and add a tablespoon of fruit syrup, add chopped fruits, layer with creamy vanilla and yogurt mixture, and similarly repeat these layers and garnish with chopped nuts. However, you can increase the number of layers by increasing the number of fruits. It’s good to include pomegranate in this dessert.

Mango Custard

Custard after a meal is one of the best compliments, but when you are on a low-calorie diet, you are not supposed to have regular custard. Don’t worry, try mango custard once. Take half a liter of milk and boil it till it reduces to 300 milliliters. Add 4 tablespoons of unsweetened milk powder and cook until it becomes slightly thick. Now, put it into the refrigerator and take it out when chilled. Add blended ripe mango slurry to it and whisk it till it becomes slightly creamy in texture. Add pomegranate, mango chunks, chopped cashew nuts, and put the mixture in the refrigerator. Serve child by garnishing with chopped cherry or black grapes. 

Falooda

Falooda is one of the most popular fruit desserts in the Indian subcontinent. Besides being delicious, this dessert is highly nutritious and rich in fiber. Take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (also popular as sabza seeds) and soak them in a cup of water. After some time, these will turn into a gelly texture. Boil a half-liter of water, add jaggery and falooda sev into it. Let them turn soft and drain them off. Boil a half-lifer of milk and add honey. Let it reduce to 450 milliliters then allow it to reach room temperature. Then add rose petals to it and put it in the refrigerator. Take a glass and add a tablespoon of rose syrup, add soaked sabza seeds, layer with falooda sev, and then add that chilled milk. Slightly stir it and add homemade vanilla ice cream. Garnish with some dry fruits, chopped cherries, and some rose syrup.
